We sell discounted merchandise in the following condition:

• Discontinued: Last year's models. They were perfectly good and desirable a few months ago; the newer model usually has minor cosmetic changes
• Overstock: Suppliers are liquidating these items to make room for new models
• Blemished: Items with small scratches or dents - we are picky about these items and will only sell items we would install in our own home.
• Demo: Items that were used for demonstration purposes at the manufacturer's or distributor's showroom. These items have had minimal use and are in great condition.
• Display Models: These items have been on display in the manufacturer's or distributor's showroom unused and have been removed to make room for another item.
• Reconditioned: These are items that have had minor shipping damage and have been repaired by our supplier.
